FAQs

Everything you need to know.

What is dehydrated vegetable?

Dehydrated vegetables are fresh vegetables that have had their moisture removed through controlled hot-air drying. The process preserves natural colour, flavour, and nutrients while significantly extending shelf life, making them ideal for industrial food applications.

We supply our products in multiple formats including flakes, chopped, minced, granules, powder, kibbled and custom cuts. Specific formats vary by product — please refer to each product page for the available range.

All of our dehydrated vegetables carry a typical shelf life of 12 months when stored in a cool, dry, closed warehouse environment in their original sealed packaging.

VegAlliance is certified to ISO, FSSAI, APEDA, Spice Board, KOSHER and HALAL standards. This ensures full compliance for global food manufacturers, exporters and retail brands.
